Focussed Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (FACT) and a Person Centred approach aims to help you be your best self more often. I believe we are all doing the best we can with the resources we have available to us at the time. Learning new strategies to deal with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma and grief will allow you to tackle life in the way you want to, broadening your perspective to get you 'un-stuck', building flexibility and resilience.

Mindfulness...

A few minutes of mindfulness every day can make discernible and lasting changes to your brain and mental health. The payoff to your physical health is also enormous.
